The purpose of the 2023 KCG Goal Setting Workshop is to aid Participants in gaining clarity around how they can successfully improve their life in 2023 and successfully fulfill their goals.  Participants will use the information presented in the workshop to identify and actively craft 7-10 goals for the year that are personally meaningful and impactful.

Outcomes:

Ø  Determine what areas of your life would benefit from goals

Ø  Develop personal SMART(ER) goals

Ø  Create associated actions plans for each of your goals

Ø  Learn to be accountable for achieving your goals

Ø  Identify how to integrate your goals and action plans into your day to stay on track

Ø  Enjoy community with like-minded attendees
