Jeanne Oliver, MBA is a Certified Leadership Coach & Performance Consultant with expertise in designing and executing programs for improved leadership, personal effectiveness and team performance. She has over 29 years of experience in leadership and management roles and brings personal knowledge of what makes an effective leader and how to build high-performing teams.

Jeanne works with federal government and private sector leaders at all levels (including SES and C-suite executives) who wish to improve leadership skills and team performance. She also facilitates workshops, meetings and conflict resolution, and teaches leadership topics such as effective communication skills, managing conflict, leading change, emotional intelligence, resilience and stress management, trust and team building, and motivating and developing others.

Jeanne specializes in brain-based coaching – using neuroscience and various branches of psychology to help clients understand how their thinking and emotions impact leader effectiveness.

Her broad training in psychological assessment, applied neuroscience and leadership development have given her expert analysis skills and the ability to quickly ‘get to the bottom’ of what drives individual behaviors and preferences. She brings 24 years of experience implementing U.S. government programs and 5 years for the United Nations. Her international work experience and education give her a broad world view for understanding the challenges faced by today’s leaders.

Jeanne earned her MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of International Management. She is certified as a Professional Coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also holds certifications in multiple assessment instruments and Applied Neuroscience, and is a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute and International Coach Federation.
