This form provides payment for a 3-month accountability group commitment in 3 payments of $217 each.  This Accountability Group is a small group of people who meet weekly to share their goals for the coming week, report on their progress from the week before, and offer support and ideas to other members.  The group members work together to hold each other accountable for making progress toward their stated goals and to celebrate their successes. This is a nonrefundable 3-month commitment that auto renews every 30 days. You may cancel any time after your initial 90-day commitment.
